Online Learning
What Platforms are being used to facilitate online learning?
Teachers at CWSS are using Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Whatsapp and Email to reach the students who have access and connectivity.
How is the curriculum being delivered to students in the online environment?
Teachers will be using a blended method, since some sessions would require students to login into a platform for real time face-to-face sessions (synchronous) while some sessions would require attendance without a face-to-face meeting but rather via uploaded materials (asynchronous).
Will the teacher send a link/code daily so students can log into the online platform?
No, codes and links remain the same so students can access the online platform using the same link unless instructed differently by the teacher.
Are Parents/Caregivers allowed to join and participate in online classes?
No, to make the experience as authentic as possible students and teachers alone must be engaged in the online learning experience. Parents are allowed to observe.
